Neil Shnider

Neil received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1968 (The Ohio State University) a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 1995 (Capital University) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, in 1997 (The Ohio State University), and in 2002 he successfully completed the CPA certification. In 1969 Neil founded Neil Pharmacy. During the years between 1969 and 1988, Neil was active in building a chain of Pharmacies in the Central Ohio area. After growing the pharmacies to four (4) in numbers, in 1982, Neil began building the first of two medical centers in the Columbus, Ohio area. He strategically position pharmacies, inside the medical centers, to better serve the patients and clients of the practitioners in the buildings. During the 19 years that he spearheaded the growth and expansion of the pharmacies and the medical centers, he developed Neil Medical Equipment and Supplies, to serve those patients who needed ambulatory and convalescent equipment and supplies for home use.
Since his accomplishments as a successful entrepreneur and several higher education degrees, Neil began teaching in the Graduate School of Administration at Capital University, in the Master of Business Administration program. His knowledge, from both academic and business experiences afforded him the opportunity to establish an Entrepreneurship MBA focus.
Neil has been actively involved in providing training, certification and education to many small business and government groups, through seminars, lectures, workshops, presentations and individual consulting.

Neil has worked extensively with the area Chamber of Commerce of Central Ohio, Small Business Development Centers of Ohio (SBDC) and is a certified counselor of SCORE (Senior Core of Retired Executives), a division of the Small Business Administration (SBA) and helps startup companies develop and grow.
